I’m an eclectic man with an eclectic blog. I have a degree in electrical engineering, but I work primarily with embedded software and systems. I’ve been a licensed amateur radio operator (N0GUD, of course, and NO, that is not a vanity call) since 1982 and served as an ARES emergency coordinator for 25 years. I’m a semi-professional musician (primarily tuba and bass), a juggler, licensed pilot, Zamboni operator, sometime college professor, husband, father, and general insomniac.
